You might want help preparing for a difficult conversation, setting a boundary, or thinking through a decision. Describe the situation in your account, and an advisor reviews it and replies in writing.
How we review your question
We look at the events and conversations you describe, note possible patterns, and suggest questions or next steps. We call this approach behavioural extraction. A separate written report is included only where it is listed in your package.
The method name does not mean we can extract hidden thoughts, determine guilt or verify another person's private actions. We do not claim that the service is a scientifically validated assessment, diagnostic tool or lie detector. Any interpretation depends on the information supplied and may be incomplete or mistaken.
The limits of a written consultation
A reply can help you organize your thoughts and consider your options. It cannot independently verify facts, establish someone’s intentions, diagnose a condition, predict the future, or guarantee a relationship outcome.
PremiumPairing is not therapy, medical or legal advice, a private investigation, an emergency service, or a service that introduces potential partners. Seek an appropriately qualified professional when that is the help you need.
Payment and refunds
Packages are one-time purchases with a defined coverage period and consultation limit. We charge you again only if you intentionally complete another purchase. Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. No reason is required, even if service has started or work has been delivered.
Share thoughtfully
Use only the details needed to explain your question. Avoid names, contact details, intimate material, and identifying information about other people. Connections use HTTPS; authorized staff and service providers may process submitted information to operate the service.
