Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and analytics.

2. Sensitive Personal Information

By using PremiumPairing, you may voluntarily share highly sensitive personal information, including details about your intimate relationships, suspected infidelity, financial matters, family disputes, emotional state, and other deeply personal topics.

By submitting this information, you consent to its collection, storage, and processing by our analysts and authorized platform staff for the sole purpose of delivering the requested analysis services. You acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily providing this sensitive information
  • Authorized PremiumPairing analysts and staff will access your messages and uploaded files to perform the requested analysis
  • While we employ strong security measures, no system is completely immune to breach
  • You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our relationship guidance services
  • To allow our analysts to review your submissions and prepare analyses
  • To communicate with you about your account, orders, and services
  • To process payments and manage purchases
  • To ensure platform security and prevent fraud
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your personal communications or submitted evidence for marketing, advertising, training, or any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.

4. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive communications
  • Bcrypt password hashing (never stored in plain text)
  • Regular security audits and access controls
  • Strict employee access policies

5. Data Sharing & Payment Processors

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only with the following categories of third-party service providers:

  • Payment Processors: We use Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency payment services to process transactions. These providers receive only the billing information necessary to complete your purchase. We never store your full credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure: Our platform is hosted on secure, managed servers. Your data is stored on infrastructure within the United States.
  • Email Services: We use a private email service to send transactional and notification emails (order confirmations, password resets, etc.).
  • Law Enforcement: We may disclose data when legally compelled by a valid subpoena, court order, or governmental request.

All third-party providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only use it for the specific purpose of providing services to PremiumPairing.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies (session management, CSRF protection) that are always active and required for the site to function.

We also use analytics and marketing cookies from the following third-party providers, which are only loaded with your consent (via our cookie consent banner):

  • Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads conversion tracking
  • Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
  • ByteDance — TikTok Pixel
  • Pinterest — Pinterest Tag

9. CCPA — California Users

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Categories of Personal Information Collected:

  • Identifiers (name, email address, IP address)
  • Commercial information (purchase history, transaction records)
  • Internet activity (pages visited, browser type, usage patterns)
  • Sensitive personal information (relationship details you voluntarily share)

Your CCPA Rights:

  • Right to Know — Request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
  • Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information. PremiumPairing does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no need to opt out.

10. International Data Transfers

PremiumPairing is based in the United States and your data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you are accessing our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

For EEA/UK users, transfers are made under appropriate legal mechanisms, including your explicit consent and the necessity of the transfer for the performance of the contract between you and PremiumPairing.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Communication data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after account deletion
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Usage logs: Automatically purged after 90 days

Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will:

  • Notify affected users via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach
  • Describe the breach including the nature of the data compromised and the approximate number of users affected
  • Explain the measures taken to address the breach and mitigate potential harm
  • Provide recommendations for steps you can take to protect yourself (e.g., changing passwords)
  • Notify relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including Data Protection Authorities within 72 hours for GDPR-covered incidents
