PremiumPairing is a private relationship analysis service. Our analysts study the behavioral patterns in your situation — what someone is doing, why it matters, and what it tells you — so you can make clear-eyed decisions about the people in your life.
Who are your analysts?
Our analysts use a structured behavioral assessment framework, cross-referencing relationship dynamics against documented patterns from hundreds of prior consultations. They are trained in identifying manipulation tactics, communication inconsistencies, and emotional patterns. Every session is personally reviewed and responded to by a dedicated analyst — not automated or outsourced.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. We provide structured behavioral pattern analysis — identifying red flags, inconsistencies, and dynamics in your relationship situation. Think of it as an experienced second pair of eyes focused purely on observable patterns and facts. We are not licensed therapists and our services are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional.
2 How It Works
How does a session work?
After purchasing a session, you open a new conversation from your dashboard. You share your situation and details, and your analyst reviews everything before delivering a written analysis with specific recommendations for your situation.
How long does it take to receive my analysis?
Most analyses are completed within 24-48 hours. Advance Sessions, which include deeper investigation and multiple follow-ups, may take slightly longer. You'll be notified by email as soon as your analysis is ready.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. With the Single Session, you can ask clarification questions within the same conversation. The Advance Session includes extended follow-up and multiple rounds of deeper analysis.
What kind of questions can I ask?
You can ask about any relationship situation: romantic partnerships, family dynamics, friendships, or professional relationships. Common topics include compatibility concerns, trust issues, behavioral patterns, red flags, and major relationship decisions.
3 Pricing & Payments
What packages do you offer?
We offer a Single Session ($49.99) for focused analysis, an Advance Session ($99.99) for deeper investigation, and a Monthly Retainer ($199.99/month) for ongoing guidance. Visit our pricing page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp (Lightning Network), and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and 10+ other coins. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your analysis, we offer a full refund. Please review our refund policy for complete details.
4 Privacy & Security
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our service. All conversations are encrypted, your personal data is never shared with third parties, and our analysts operate under strict confidentiality protocols.
Who can see my conversations?
Only you and your assigned analyst. Conversations are stored in encrypted sessions and are never visible to other users. You can also request permanent deletion of your data at any time.
Do you use two-factor authentication?
Yes. We support both email-based OTP and Google Authenticator (TOTP) for two-factor authentication. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account and sensitive conversations.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request a complete data export or permanent account deletion from your dashboard under Settings. All your data, including conversations, will be permanently removed.
5 Account & Support
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" and follow the registration process. You'll need a valid email address. Once registered, you can purchase a session and begin your first conversation immediately.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a secure reset link valid for 1 hour.
How do I contact support?
Use our contact form for general inquiries, account issues, or billing questions. We typically respond within 24 hours.
