Acceptable Use Policy

PremiumPairing provides a secure environment for relationship guidance. To maintain a safe, professional, and lawful platform, all users must adhere to the guidelines below.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use PremiumPairing to:

Harmful or Threatening Behavior:

  • Threaten, harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate any person, including our staff and analysts
  • Send abusive, hateful, or discriminatory messages
  • Plan, discuss, or coordinate violence, self-harm, or harm to others
  • Use our platform as a tool to facilitate domestic abuse, coercive control, or stalking of a partner or any individual

Illegal Activities:

  • Engage in or solicit any illegal activity
  • Request assistance with surveillance, hacking, unauthorized access to another person's accounts or devices
  • Submit content that constitutes or promotes child exploitation in any form
  • Use our services in connection with fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
  • Submit evidence obtained through illegal means (unauthorized wiretapping, theft, hacking)

Misuse of the Platform:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Submit fabricated information to manipulate an analysis outcome
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious files
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit security vulnerabilities in our platform
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content, methodology, or proprietary materials
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

Misuse of Analyses:

  • Present PremiumPairing reports as professional advice, expert testimony, or evidence in legal proceedings
  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share analyses or reports
  • Use our analyses to defame, blackmail, or extort any person

3. Content Guidelines

When communicating through our platform, you agree that all content you submit will be:

  • Truthful: Provide honest and accurate information to the best of your knowledge
  • Respectful: Maintain a professional and courteous tone with our staff, even when discussing emotional topics
  • Relevant: Submit only information that is pertinent to the service you have requested
  • Lawful: Do not submit content that violates any applicable law or third party's rights

We understand that relationship issues are emotional and sensitive. We are patient and empathetic, but we reserve the right to decline service if interactions become abusive or threatening.

4. File Upload Rules

When uploading files to our platform:

  • Only upload files that are relevant to your case and that you have the legal right to share
  • Do not upload intimate images or videos of any person without their explicit consent
  • Do not upload content depicting minors in any context
  • File types are restricted to common document, image, and media formats
  • Maximum file sizes apply as indicated in the upload interface
  • Executable files, scripts, and archives containing executable code are prohibited

5. Mandatory Reporting

PremiumPairing may be obligated to report certain information to authorities when required by law, including but not limited to:

  • Imminent threats of violence or harm to yourself or others
  • Suspected child abuse or exploitation
  • Other situations where disclosure is required by applicable law

By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to these reporting obligations.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Warning: A written warning for minor or first-time violations
  • Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account and access to services
  • Termination: Permanent closure of your account without refund for serious or repeated violations
  • Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or civil legal proceedings where appropriate

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether conduct violates this policy. We may act without prior notice when we believe immediate action is necessary to protect our staff, users, or the integrity of our platform.
