We do not conduct surveillance, access private accounts, perform background checks, or obtain information through illegal or unauthorized means. Our team members are not required to hold specific professional licenses, certifications, or credentials in psychology, counseling, law, medicine, social work, or any other regulated profession.

No client-analyst relationship established through PremiumPairing shall be construed as a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or any other legally privileged professional relationship.

While we strive for thoroughness and accuracy, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any analysis, report, or advice provided through our platform.

Relationship analysis is inherently subjective and interpretive. Different analysts reviewing the same information may reach different conclusions. Information provided to us may be incomplete, inaccurate, or one-sided, which necessarily affects our analysis.

By using PremiumPairing, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with acting on any analysis, report, or communication received through our Service. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any actions you take or decisions you make based on our analyses, including but not limited to confronting a partner, initiating or threatening divorce or separation, filing legal proceedings, making financial decisions, ending or continuing a relationship, relocating, seeking custody changes, or any other action.
• You will not hold PremiumPairing, its owners, employees, contractors, or agents liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of companionship, financial loss, reputational harm, or physical harm — arising from your use of our services or reliance on our analyses.
• You understand that relationship outcomes are inherently unpredictable and that our analyses cannot guarantee any particular result, predict any person's behavior, or ensure the accuracy of any conclusion.
• You will independently verify any factual claims or concerns raised in our analyses before taking action, ideally with the assistance of a qualified licensed professional.

Our analyses are prepared exclusively for the individual client who commissioned them. No third party (including spouses, partners, family members, attorneys, courts, employers, or any other individual or entity) may rely on, cite, or use any PremiumPairing analysis, report, or communication as evidence, testimony, or support in any legal, administrative, or other proceeding.

PremiumPairing reports and analyses are not admissible as expert opinions, professional assessments, or evidentiary documents. We will not provide testimony or participate in any legal proceedings on behalf of any client.

By using PremiumPairing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are in sufficiently stable mental and emotional health to receive relationship analysis that may include sensitive, distressing, or provocative content;
• You are not currently experiencing a mental health crisis, and if you are under the care of a mental health professional, you have consulted with them about using a service like PremiumPairing;
• You understand that coaching and analysis services are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use PremiumPairing in place of any form of professional therapy or treatment;
• You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after use of this Service, including all choices, decisions, and actions resulting from the analyses you receive.

Results may vary. PremiumPairing makes no guarantee of any specific outcome. Success, resolution, or satisfaction depends entirely on your individual circumstances, the accuracy of information you provide, and actions you choose to take.

Testimonials, case studies, or examples referenced on our platform represent individual experiences and do not promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Past performance or outcomes are not indicative of future results.

Use, misuse, or non-use of the information we provide is at your own risk. PremiumPairing accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from your interpretation of, reliance on, or actions taken based on any analysis or communication.

You acknowledge that relationship analysis by its nature may involve emotionally sensitive content. Our analyses may discuss topics including suspected infidelity, deception, manipulation, financial misconduct, or other distressing subjects.

Receiving such analysis may cause emotional distress, anxiety, anger, or other strong emotional reactions. You agree that PremiumPairing is not responsible for any emotional, psychological, or physical consequences resulting from the content of any analysis, and you accept full responsibility for your emotional wellbeing while using this Service.

If at any point you feel overwhelmed or are considering self-harm, please discontinue use and contact a crisis resource immediately (see Section 10 below).

YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE AND RELINQUISH ALL RIGHTS AND BENEFITS UNDER ANY LAW OR LEGAL PRINCIPLE THAT WOULD OTHERWISE EXTEND YOUR CLAIM BEYOND ITS PRESENT TERMS.

You specifically agree that PremiumPairing shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress, mental anguish, anxiety, depression, or psychological harm
• Loss of companionship, consortium, affection, or marital/relationship breakdown
• Financial losses, including costs of divorce, legal fees, lost income, or property division
• Reputational harm or damage to personal or professional standing
• Physical injury or harm to yourself or any third party
• Costs of professional services (therapy, counseling, legal, medical) sought as a result of using the Service
• Any damages arising from confrontation, separation, or changed relationship dynamics

This waiver applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and regardless of whether PremiumPairing was advised of the possibility of such damages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PREMIUMPAIRING AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO PREMIUMPAIRING FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer, the Service, or any analysis or communication provided by PremiumPairing shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed upon location or as determined by the AAA.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PremiumPairing.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER: To the extent permitted by law, you waive your right to a trial by jury for any claims covered by this arbitration provision.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
