Overview

We are committed to your satisfaction. Because our services involve personalized, confidential analysis, refund eligibility depends on the type of service and timing of the request.

Single Session / Chat Consultations

Before service begins: Full refund available if requested before the first message exchange.

After service begins: No refund, as the consultation has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, contact us and we will work to resolve your concerns.

Written Reports

Before delivery: Full refund if requested before the report has been generated.

After delivery: No refund. If the report contains factual errors, we will revise it at no additional charge.

No Recurring Charges

All PremiumPairing purchases are one-time transactions. There are no subscriptions, recurring billing, auto-renewals, or long-term contracts of any kind. You will never be charged again after your initial purchase unless you choose to make a new purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through:

Please include your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension.

Dissatisfaction with Analysis Results

Refunds are not available solely because you disagree with the conclusions of an analysis, are dissatisfied with relationship outcomes, or because information provided to our analysts was incomplete or inaccurate. Our analyses represent opinions based on the information you provide, as detailed in our Disclaimer.

PremiumPairing does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or conclusions from our analyses.

EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by purchasing and using our digital services, you acknowledge that:

  • Our services begin upon your first message exchange or when analysis work commences
  • You expressly consent to the performance of the service beginning immediately
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed

If the service has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes are subject to the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions in our Terms of Service (Section 11). This Refund Policy forms part of the Agreement together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Acceptable Use Policy.
