How coverage works
A consultation is one new conversation about a topic. Your 30 days of coverage starts at successful payment. The consultation and report limits shown above apply. Unused consultations expire when coverage ends; existing conversations remain available to read.
One payment covers one package. Another charge occurs only when you intentionally complete a new purchase. Each new purchase starts its own coverage period and does not extend an earlier purchase.
When to expect a response
The package response window starts after you provide the information needed to begin the consultation. If an agreed response or delivery time is missed, contact us to arrange a revised time or a refund.
This is not an emergency or continuously monitored service.
Follow-ups and ongoing work
You can send follow-up messages while a conversation remains open. Follow-up messages do not extend coverage, restore expired allowances or add a consultation on a new topic.
Coverage expiry does not stop work requested within your package allowance during coverage or reduce an agreed delivery or refund right.

We provide written, informational observations based on the behaviour, communication and circumstances you describe, with questions or possible next steps to consider. We do not claim that this is a scientifically validated assessment or lie detector. We cannot verify another person’s intentions or private actions, diagnose anyone, or guarantee an outcome.
How long does a package last?
Each new purchase provides 30 days of coverage from successful payment, with the consultation and report limits shown on the package. A consultation is one new conversation about a topic. Unused consultations expire when coverage ends. Existing conversations remain available to read, and you can send follow-up messages while a conversation remains open. Follow-up messages do not extend coverage, restore expired allowances or add a consultation on a new topic. Coverage expiry does not stop work requested within your package allowance during coverage or reduce an agreed delivery or refund right.

How do refunds work?
Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. No reason is required, even if service has started or work has been delivered. Contact support with your order reference. We aim to issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request; payment-provider settlement can take longer.
Who can see my information?
Your connection uses HTTPS. Authorized staff and service providers may process information to deliver and operate the service. Share only what is needed and avoid identifying details about other people. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
Is this therapy or a dating service?
This is informational guidance, not therapy, medical or legal advice, an investigation, or an emergency service. We do not introduce or match people. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.
Is research participation required?
No. Optional internal service-use research is off by default and requires a separate opt-in. It records a pseudonymous calendar month when a conversation starts; discussion and message text are excluded. You can withdraw without affecting your service rights. Privacy policy.
